Dawn Clarke Designs Loves Creating Luxury Children’s Celebration Clothing
We specialise in creating garments for children that are traditional in design using the finest of luxury fabrics and attention to detail. For boys and girls from ages 2 to 6 years old, our beautiful British clothing celebrates children being children with luxury and a nod to tradition.
Dawn’s clothing is inspired and influenced by her passion for traditional styles and inspired by her past. From working as Personal Assistant to The Rt. Hon. Earl Spencer she was privileged and inspired to learn the importance of quality, history, attention to detail and sustainability.
Trained by a very talented Designer and Seamstress, Dawn was trained in pattern drafting the old fashioned method with pen and paper, sewing and sharing her skills at local sewing clubs.
Dawn’s passionate about ethical packaging, green electricity, ethical working practices and works with British manufacturers and suppliers – retaining and celebrating British sewing skills.
Whether it be creating a beautiful garment from luxurious ethical fabrics, such Silk, to giving new life to a family owned piece of clothing, creating it into a new heirloom, responsible sourcing is ‘stitched’ into every seam is always at the heart of our mission.
